Next Move is excited to announce that our hard work and efforts have not gone unnoticed as we’ve just been recognized as one of Great Recruiter’s Top Rated Healthcare Staffing Firms of 2022!
Great Recruiters Certified & Top Rated!
We’ve been Great Recruiters Certified for quite some time and are honored with this new distinction, which is based on prioritizing the candidate experience, proactively seeking feedback on our recruitment efforts through every phase of the candidate journey, taking our reputation seriously, and continuously improving our organizational efficiency through automation & real-time insights.
“Clinicians have an endless amount of options when it comes to choosing a healthcare staffing firm to work with. Next Move strives to stand out by delivering the most satisfying clinician experience in our industry. We are humbled and endlessly grateful to be recognized by Great Recruiters through their “Top Rated” award. The Great Recruiter reviews (and the clinicians who take the time to provide us with invaluable feedback) allow us to meet our goal of providing what we call a “Raving Fan” experience to all our clinicians. By understanding what our clinicians need and want – through every step of the recruitment process – we are better able to serve our clinicians and prioritize their needs like no one else.”

Hundreds of Positive Reviews
With over 690 reviews and an average review of 4.92 out of 5 stars – Next Move Inc. has been incredibly successful in delivering that “Raving Fan” experience. Check out what one clinician had to say:
“Abby has definitely gone above and beyond with any assistance I have needed since she has been my recruiter. She has been an amazing advocate to help me while I lost my husband a little over a year ago by easing me into this whole new world of travel nursing and did an outstanding job with some of the issues I had experienced in my last contract, always giving 110%! I would highly recommend Abby to anyone who is interested in using Next Move as their travel healthcare career.”
Healthcare Staffing Shortages
Healthcare staffing has become more prominent in recent years as more and more hospitals and healthcare institutions are experiencing staffing shortages due to growing numbers of nurses experiencing burnout, which was exacerbated by the COVID-19 pandemic. The Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) projects that approximately 500,000 nurses will retire entirely in the next few years.
The BLS has also projected a need for 1.1 million new registered nurses in 2022 alone. The increasing geriatric population is expected to fuel the need for healthcare staffing with an expected compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 5.6% from 2022 to 2030.
